01The problem
It was a simple question, sent late at night to a local business. Nobody replied until the next afternoon, and by then the customer had already gone somewhere else. We saw the same thing happen again and again: good businesses losing customers just because no one was there to answer.
02The spark
We imagined a receptionist that never sleeps, knows the business inside out and speaks to customers the way the owner would. Not a generic chatbot, but a real assistant.
03The first build
Muhammad Shehzore started building the first version himself, training it on real business information, testing every answer and refining it until it sounded human. The first time it booked a customer at 2am, we knew this was more than an idea.
04Growing
Clients asked for more, so we grew: WhatsApp automation, custom websites, CRMs and POS systems.
05Today
Today Axora helps businesses answer customers instantly, automate everyday conversations and run on software made just for them. Every project is custom built, and every client works directly with our founder.
