AI Services

Axora uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and assist with customer communication. AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

AI outputs should be reviewed when appropriate and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid Axora services are billed according to the plan and pricing presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms.

Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Applicable taxes, payment terms, and refund conditions may be determined by Paddle and the applicable purchase terms.

Intellectual Property

Axora and its underlying software, branding, designs, code, features, and content remain the property of The Axora or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom development projects, ownership of final deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Axora reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Services may occasionally be modified, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimer & Liability

Axora is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Axora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated responses, customer-provided information, or third-party services.
